Come join this fun pasta-making class at the Sally Webster Inn with Chef Sawsan. You will learn the fine art of making a basic homemade pasta dough using only three ingredients: semolina, flour and eggs. Once your pasta dough is rolled out and ready, you will learn to make 3 different pastas using different techniques. We will make sauce(s) to complement these delicious pastas.

Chef Sawsan’s class accommodates diners’ dietary restrictions, just let her know when you register for the class. Register by 12pm Tuesday June 4th. Prepayment is required; your credit card is processed at time of booking.
Class size are small and intimate : 6 people max, adults.
(we have a kid cooking class by appointment only).
