Appetizers: Yogurt Dip

1 lb. Whole milk yogurt
1 Tsp. Dried mint
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded
1-2 garlic cloves, minced

Place yogurt in a strainer lined with either cheese cloth or a coffee filter. Place over a bowl and allow to drain. This will remove excess moisture from the yogurt. The longer it is allowed to sit, the creamier and thicker it will e. Mix yogurt with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with stuffed vegetables or with raw vegetales as dip.
